He is a seasoned tax lawyer who works with a leading and highly experienced team particularly known for its focus on the conduct and resolution of tax controversy, international taxation, transfer pricing, intangibles and M&A. Niv has worked with clients on the resolution of some of Australia's largest and most complex disputes with the Australian Taxation Office.
