Adam Salter has over 25 years’ cross-border experience working in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore advising clients in all areas of labor, employment and industrial relations law in Australia and elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region. Adam regularly provides advice to multinationals and large domestic employers regarding executive hiring, dismissal, statutory entitlements, industrial instruments (including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements), terminations, large-scale redundancy programs, drafting and enforcing post-employment restraints, secondments, personal data and privacy security, and has extensive expertise advising on and assisting with transfer of employment issues in M&A transactions. He also assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of Australian executive and other employment contracts and policies (including equity and non-equity compensation plans). Adam regularly presents at local and international Labor and Employment conferences.
