Hernando is a partner at GC with over 18 years of professional experience. He has recently focused his legal practice on cross-border M&A and financing transactions. Hernando advises both local and foreign companies in their investments in Mexico, and with the mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions of clients. In recent years, Hernando has represented several developers in the renewable power industry sector with their projects in Mexico, as well as advising developers and banks in infrastructure financing transactions. Hernando has also advised clients in mergers of other sectors, including toll roads, gas, and other unregulated industries.
He is admitted to practice both in Mexico and New York. In 2022, he was elected member of GC’s Talent Committee.
