Diego is the founding partner of Blanco Carrillo, S.C. and is a lawyer with sound experience in big law firms. He has advised national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, impact investment, real estate, structured debt, including securitizations, transactions, and matters related to general corporate law, legal structure definitions, and legal management. His main clients are in various sectors, such as health, real estate, retail, financial services, venture capital, and digital media.

Diego is a member of a network of lawyers known as “Abogados B para el Mundo” promoted by Sistema B, whose purpose is to redefine the sense of success through the market (private initiative), seeking results that consider in addition to financial success, social impact and care for the environment. He was recently invited by the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, as one of the Mexican leaders, to participate in the “Transcending Borders” forum, with the purpose of reflecting, from his profession and practice, on the various ways in which he can contribute to generate a positive impact on society and improve the environment.
