Miguel Soto

Miguel is an associate at Blanco Carrillo, where he focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, real estate, and legal management. He has more than a decade of experience advising companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of corporate transactions and strategic projects in Mexico.

Throughout his career, he has advised companies at different stages of development, from incorporation and corporate organization to the execution of complex transactions. His practice includes the structuring and negotiation of acquisitions of companies and assets, advising start-ups and investment funds in venture capital transactions, as well as assisting clients in financing and capital-raising processes. He also advises clients on the acquisition, development, and leasing of real estate projects, including the structuring of trusts and the obtaining of related permits.

He has developed his professional career at Blanco Carrillo, which he joined in 2013 and whose growth and consolidation he has supported since its early stages. This experience has allowed him to work closely with entrepreneurs, growing companies, and established corporations, developing a practical approach focused on understanding clients’ businesses and needs, as well as on the prevention of legal risks and the strategic support of business operations.

He holds a law degree from Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a diploma in Business Law from the same institution.
