Helen is a Legal Director who is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England/Wales.

She specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has particular expertise in intellectual property matters, advising both plaintiffs and defendants in contentious trade mark, patent, copyright and design right infringement matters.

Helen also advises on breach of contract claims, advising clients on non-performance of contracts and supply and manufacturing disputes. She is also experienced in complex shareholder and partnership disputes, working with clients across a number of sectors including digital and technology, manufacturing, transport and retail.

Helen graduated with a degree in Business Management (BSc) from Queen’s University before being awarded a Masters in Law from Queens University in 2009.
