Practice Areas

Mr. Sha has deep legal theoretical background and more than 20 years of legal practice experience. He is mainly engaged in litigation and non-litigation practice in the fields of intellectual property, anti-unfair competition and corporate commercial affairs. Mr. Sha also holds a doctorate in law and a master's degree in computer software engineering, and is adept at handling major and difficult cases with complex technical background and transnational intellectual property disputes.

Mr. Sha has provided professional legal advice on IPR compliance and protection for many large central enterprises and Fortune 500 companies in the fields of computer, semiconductor chip, new energy, bio-medicine, Internet, entertainment and media, etc. He is good at the planning of overall corporate IPR strategy and is widely recognized by clients. Mr. Sha is now an arbitrator of many arbitration institutions such as Hainan International Arbitration Court, and has been engaged in trial work in a court.
