Practice Areas

Commercial litigation (including offshore commercial litigation) and professional liability claims in a commercial context and construction, engineering and environmental law. Commercial practice spans the full range of commercial disputes including international arbitration commercial fraud, breach of warranty and commercial contract (including outsourcing) disputes. Professional liability work includes claims against accountants and auditors, lawyers, surveyors and valuers, architects and engineers, financial services professionals, and insurance brokers and agents. Offshore work focuses on commercial dispute resolution including claims by and against trustees, fund managers, directors and auditors. Also experience of professional disciplinary matters. In the construction field he has acted for and against contractors, architects and engineers in claims concerning projects both in the UK and overseas. International experience includes cases in BVI, Cayman, Channel Islands, Dubai, Isle of Man and Malaysia.

BA (Oxon). (1st Class). Called to the Bar (Inner Temple) 1998 (Major Scholarship). Tenant 4 New Square 1999 to date. QC 2014.
