Principal areas of practice are professional liability, fraud, disciplinary and insurance. Helen’s professional negligence practice focuses on solicitors, barristers, accountants, auditors, insurance brokers, IFAs, surveyors and valuers. Helen is particularly well known for her work on frauds involving professionals- including freezing and other injunction and committal to prison. Her insurance practice is broad and she is experienced in insurance arbitrations. She is regularly instructed on high value and complex cases.
Called to the Bar in 2001. Sits as Deputy District Judge.
