Commercial litigation (including offshore commercial litigation) and professional liability claims in a commercial context together with domestic and international arbitration. Commercial practice spans the full range of commercial disputes including commercial fraud, investment claims, fund and trusts claims, breach of warranty and commercial contract disputes. Professional liability work includes claims against accountants and auditors, lawyers, surveyors and valuers, architects and engineers, financial services professionals, and insurance brokers and agents. Offshore work focuses on commercial dispute resolution including claims by and against trustees, fund managers, directors and auditors. Also experience of professional disciplinary matters. In the construction field he has acted for and against contractors, architects and engineers in claims concerning projects both in the UK and overseas. International experience includes cases in Bermuda, BVI, Cayman, Channel Islands, Dubai, Isle of Man and Malaysia.
