Ginger leads Eversheds Sutherland’s US and Global Sanctions practices, which provide advice, counsel and representation on behalf of dozens of Fortune 500 companies in commodities and trade finance and financial institutions. She has led US economic sanctions, export controls, and anticorruption investigations in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Latin America for energy and technology companies, banks and investment and insurance firms. She has successfully represented clients in OFAC and BIS global settlements and counselled clients under investigation by the DOJ, SEC, and FBI. Since 2005, she has regularly advised and represented buyers and sellers before CFIUS.
