Ginger Faulk is a highly experienced attorney with over 18 years of in-depth knowledge in advising and representing multinational companies in matters relating to US government regulation of foreign trade and investment. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, focusing on the energy and finance sectors, as well as manufacturing, defense, aerospace, telecommunications, and technology and software sectors.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Ginger was a partner at a prominent AmLaw 100 global law firm, where she provided strategic counsel to multinational corporations across various geographies and industry sectors. Ginger is skilled and experienced in identifying, managing, and addressing compliance and enforcement risks arising under US trade laws and regulations. She regularly conducts large-scale compliance systems reviews, leads regulatory due diligence and systems reviews in multinational M&A transactions, and represents clients before OFAC, BIS, DDTC, and CBP in licensing and enforcement matters.

Ginger leads Eversheds Sutherland’s robust US and global sanctions practice, which provides advice, counsel and representation on behalf of dozens of Fortune 500 companies and banks. She has conducted extensive US economic sanctions, export controls, and anticorruption investigations in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Latin America for energy and technology companies, banks and investment and insurance firms. She has successfully represented clients in OFAC and BIS global settlements. She has also counselled clients under investigation by the DOJ, SEC, and FBI. Since as far back as 2005, she has regularly advised and represented buyers and sellers before CFIUS.
