Gerald Roach focuses his practice on public company securities, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, private financings, technology law and advising boards of directors and special committees. He has served as lead counsel to publicly-traded and privately held companies with North Carolina, U.S. and international interests.
