His experience includes:

- The co-ordination of major planning applications.

- Representation at over 50 planning / enforcement appeals and major public inquiries.

- Instigating / defending judicial reviews of planning and environmental decisions.

Career

Gary is a Partner at Carson McDowell and heads the Planning and Environmental Law team which he founded over 25 years ago.
