Experience

Gabriel Robles joined the firm in 2007 and has been a Partner since 2021.

He has extensive experience in cross-border and domestic transactions in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and banking finance, advising financial institutions, public companies, and private equity funds. Gabriel actively represents issuers and underwriters in the structuring and issuance of public equity and quasi-equity offerings, as well as investors in the acquisition of public and private companies.

He is also involved in financing transactions and corporate restructurings for national and international financial institutions in Mexico.

Gabriel gained international experience as a foreign associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.
