Career
Gabriel del Valle Mendiola joined the firm in 2005 and has been a partner since 2008. He represents domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, with special emphasis in project finance, structured finance and capital markets.
Within such transactions, Gabriel specializes in structured loans, private and public offerings of debt, equity and structured securities (including capital notes, CKDs, CERPIs and Fibras-E), and establishing private equity funds, as well as in structuring, investing and implementing a variety of infrastructure projects, such as PPPs, toll roads, international bridge crossings, energy and water treatment plants.
He was admitted in the New York Bar as a Lawyer in 2002. He also worked for more than 5 years in Shearman & Sterling in New York.
