Career

Eduardo Triulzi joined the firm as partner in 2011. He has broad experience in the mergers and acquisitions practice advising private equity funds, venture capital funds and search funds, in the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets within the food and beverage, construction, technology and education sectors, among others. He has also advised sellers, purchasers and financial advisers in sale and acquisition processes of different companies, including public entities in tender offers.

In the fintech industry, Eduardo has experience representing different entities in obtaining IFT licenses. In financing, he has advised domestic and international lenders in structuring and restructuring credit facilities for Mexican public and private sector entities.
