Ritch Mueller represented Scotiabank, Citibanamex, BanBajío and Banorte, in the negotiation and execution of a credit agreement to Edificio del Noroeste, for an amount of up to MXN$14,000 million, secured by means of a securities pledge (prenda bursátil) over the shares of Bachoco.
The transaction was led by partners Jean Paul Farah Chajín and Gabriel Robles Beistegui.
