Mr. Martínez is a leading lawyer in private equity transactions, both in investments (MBOs, MBIs, LBOs, etc.) and in disinvestments, advising Spanish and foreign businesses. He also has ample experience in the area of infrastructure, in general, and in the renewable energy sector, in particular.
Mr. Martínez lectures regularly in numerous courses and training seminars, such as those organized by the International Faculty for Executives. He serves regularly as secretary on the boards of directors of national and international companies.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He is co-author of the manual Regímen Jurídico y Tributario del Capital Riesgo en España (Legal and Tax Framework for Venture Capital in Spain, Marcial Pons).
