Filippo Cecchetti is Co-Head of the Real Estate Department at Gianni & Origoni.

He has a solid experience in real estate law having assisted leading Italian asset management companies, domestic and foreign institutional investors, private equity funds, companies and entrepreneurs in major real estate transactions, especially in the retail, logistics and hospitality sectors.

Filippo also has an extensive experience in M&A, mainly in extraordinary transactions and corporate acquisitions, as well as civil and commercial contracts.
