Ferdinand advises banks, financial institutions, private credit providers, direct and alternative lenders, institutional lenders, private equity funds and corporate borrowers, and senior and mezzanine debt providers on project finance, PPP, syndicated loan, leveraged cross-border acquisition finance transactions. Additionally, he has considerable experience in general banking and finance, M&A, private equity and public offerings.
