Career

Ferdinand Brughmans represents international and local key financiers, private equity funds and corporate borrowers in many of Belgium's recent high-profile project finance and leveraged/acquisition finance transactions. He focuses on both international and domestic projects (primarily related to energy and infrastructure ventures) and leveraged and acquisition finance. Ferdinand advises banks, financial institutions, private credit providers, direct and alternative lenders, institutional lenders, private equity funds and corporate borrowers, and senior and mezzanine debt providers on project finance, PPP, syndicated loan, leveraged cross-border acquisition finance transactions. Additionally, he has considerable experience in general banking and finance, M&A, private equity and public offerings.
