Eve I Klein

Eve I. Klein has over 30 years of experience representing businesses in all aspects of employment law, management labor relations and employment-related litigation. She is the past Chair of Duane Morris Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group (2018-2025) and a longstanding member of the firm’s partner’s board. She is particularly sought after by clients and the firm for her practical counsel in difficult employment law situations and for her strategic advice around the negotiating table. Ms. Klein has extensive experience advising clients about their rights and obligations regarding the complex and frequently changing federal, state and local laws and regulations which affect the workplace. Ms. Klein counsels clients on day-to-day workplace matters, in mergers and acquisitions and in protecting company good will and proprietary information.
