Mr. Gaudet is the Vice Chair of Duane Morris' Intellectual Property Group. Over the last 25-plus years, he has defeated dozens of patents through trials, summary judgment rulings and IPRs, and regularly appears before the Federal Circuit. He has served as lead counsel for major technology companies such as Cisco Systems, Verizon, ARRIS, CenturyLink, Seagate, Palo Alto Networks, SonicWall, Microsoft, Comcast, and Cox Communications. He has also collected over $100 million for patent holders. He has successfully tried numerous cases, has defeated dozens of patents prior to trial, and has appeared before panels of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation and federal district courts across the country. Mr. Gaudet regularly lectures on patent litigation topics.
