Mr. Squire practices in intellectual property law. He has experience with representing and advising national and international corporations and individual clients in all aspects of intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience litigating cases in the District of Delaware across a broad range of complex technologies, including patent infringement cases involving computer software, Internet technology, biomedical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor technology, aeronautical equipment and mobile navigation technology. Mr. Squire is also experienced litigating commercial disputes in federal court, as well as advising clients and providing opinions on complex IP-related legal issues, including patentability, invalidity, infringement/non-infringement, and procedural issues specific to federal trial court practice.
