Ms. Eunjoo Lee, with extensive experience in real estate, has successfully represented and advised major institutional investors and asset management companies on development, sale and purchase, financing and management of various types of real properties, including data centers, shopping centers, offices, warehouses and hotels (onshore and offshore). She has also represented international companies and funds in a wide range of industries and provided advice on joint ventures, investments and establishment of domestic subsidiaries.

Ms. Lee graduated from Korea University with a bachelor’s degree in English, earned a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and is admitted to the New York State Bar.

She has been named as a “Next Generation Lawyer” and a “Rising Star” in Real Estate by the Legal 500.
