Our Real Estate Alternative Investment Practice Group, comprising of over 60 lawyers and other professionals, provides comprehensive legal advice on the full range of real estate related matters, including acquisitions, disposals, real estate development, real estate funds and investment trusts (“REITs”), social overhead capital, project financing and trust matters. The Real Estate Alternative Investment Practice Group assists clients with real estate investment matters both in Korea and abroad.

The Real Estate Alternative Investment Practice Group has also formed a separate team dedicated to advising on listed REITs to both domestic and international clients to address the recent trend towards REIT investments in Korea.
