Euan Smith

Euan is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions group. He has been specializing in employment law for over 20 years.

Euan is the Senior Office Partner for our Edinburgh office. He is also the head of our employment law group within Scotland. He has a particular focus on the energy sector.

Euan regularly advises blue-chip companies and public sector organizations on executive recruitment and severance, employment contracts and policies, organizational change programs and the workforce implications of mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing.

He is an experienced advocate and has represented clients before Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals in Scotland and England, in a wide range of cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract.
