He is an expert in advising property owners and urban development entities responsible for large urban development projects, designing and supervising transactions from the start and participating in their development and management. He has participated in several of the most important urban development projects in Spain in recent years.

He regularly advises Spanish and international business groups and investment funds on the town planning aspects of buying, selling and financing all types of real estate assets such as plots of land─developed and in the process of being developed─shopping malls, office and industrial buildings and hotel complexes.
