Erec Winandy

Erec Winandy is a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Dallas office. He leads a skilled and experienced team that prides itself on providing commercial and creative solutions for even the most complex deals, including acquisition and leveraged finance, asset-based lending and reserve-based lending, subscription-backed lending, and structured finance.

A finance attorney for over two decades, Erec has extensive experience in all aspects of the energy and natural resources industry including oil and gas exploration and production, renewables and clean energy, oilfield services, midstream, including storage and transportation, and refining. In addition to energy, Erec works on asset-based lending deals in the retail and manufacturing space.

Erec has represented lead arrangers, corporate borrowers and private equity funds in U.S. domestic and international syndicated loan transactions, including extensive involvement in secured and unsecured credits, senior and subordinate lending, restructure/workout financings, debtor-in-possession facilities and complex intercreditor arrangements.
