Egil Horstad

Egil works with dispute resolution and has extensive litigation experience. Besides dispute resolution, he primarily works with restructuring and insolvency, contract law and generational shifts in business settlements. Egil is regularly appointed as administrator of bankruptcy estates and as reconstructor by Hordaland District Court. He has been the administrator of several major bankruptcy estates. In addition, he has extensive experience with assisting companies, banks and other creditors in major restructuring operations.
