With over 25 years of experience on all kinds of inbound and outbound transactions related to financing, investment, and restructuring, Dongeun Kim is a leader of the Project & Energy Practice Group at Lee &KO, and a co-leader of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Practice Group. He has vast experience representing all important project stakeholders, such as major project investors, syndicated lenders, project companies, and governments, in a wide variety of large different inbound and outbound projects. Mr. Kim received his LL.B and Master’s Degree in law at Seoul National University, as well as an LL.M. at Cornell Law School.
