Dominic Rupprecht

Dominic, a partner in Reed Smith’s Insurance Recovery Group, litigates complex insurance coverage disputes exclusively on behalf of policyholders nationwide. He has recovered several hundred million for policyholders in the life sciences, energy, and manufacturing industries for a variety of claims, including: environmental liabilities, D&O liabilities, mass torts, False Claims Act liabilities, and catastrophic first-party losses.

As a litigator, Dominic has consistently been at the cutting edge of insurance law. He is frequently sought out to assist policyholders with their most complex and high-profile disputes and has won rulings on issues of first impression on behalf of policyholders in courts around the country.
