Diego L. Lozano is a Partner in the Corporate department of Pinsent Masons Madrid. He advises on company matters, M&A and public-private partnerships, including major cross-border transactions. He particularly acts for clients in the technology, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Diego is a State Attorney (Abogado del Estado) currently on leave. He is a qualified arbitrator of the Civil and Mercantile Court of Arbitration of Madrid (CIMA).
