Employment law partner and head of Eversheds Sutherland's employment and pensions practice and education sector group. Considerable experience in providing complex and strategic employment advice, including on redundancy and restructuring programmes, industrial relations issues, mergers and collaborations. Advises on governance, diversity, discrimination and equal pay issues, and in relation to part-time, fixed-term and sessional staff and other atypical workers. LSC-accredited Governor trainer.
