Career

Joined firm, 2015. Former Adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School. Formerly served as first Director of International Strategy for the Large Business and International Division at the IRS (2013-2015). Represented the IRS on several OECD working groups, including those focused on BEPS, the Forum on Harmful Tax Practices and the Forum on Tax Administration. Partner at another major international law firm, where she started as an associate in 1993. JD, magna cum laude, UCLA School of Law (1991).
