Diana L. Wollman’s practice focused on complex international M&A and internal restructuring transactions, tax audits, tax investigations and strategic audit preparation. Also advised on U.S. federal, state and international tax controversy matters, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and private equity.

Formerly served as first Director of International Strategy for the Large Business and International Division at the IRS (2013-2015). Represented the IRS on several OECD working groups, including those focused on BEPS, the Forum on Harmful Tax Practices and the Forum on Tax Administration.
