Decio graduated in Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 1997, and he subsequently attended the Academy Of American and International Law (University of Texas, Dallas) in 2006 and the “ICC's Young Arbitrators Forum” (Barcelona, Spain) in 2008.
He is a member of the Italian Bar and he has rights of audience before the Italian Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Alumni of the Academy of American and International Law.
