His practice includes negotiating sale and purchase of real estate assets and companies, co-investment and joint venture agreements, advising on real estate development projects, construction, property management and lease agreements, real estate investment funds, and negotiating the relevant management agreements. He also has a general M&A practice, with particular experience in the financial services and insurance industries, where he has an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework.
