David is a Partner in our Human Resources practice group.
David provides day-to-day employment advice on complex employment matters (both contentious and non-contentious). He has particular experience in complex restructuring and outsourcing exercises and executive terminations. His recent experience includes acting on a multi-million pound TUPE outsourcing exercise across 50 different countries and defending a high-profile whistleblowing and equal pay complaint for an international client in the financial institutions sector.
Since qualification in 2008, David has represented businesses and organizations, both in the public and private sector, at tribunal. He has acted for clients on complex/high profile/high-value claims of unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination.
Many of David's clients are in the financial institutions and retail sectors. He is skilled in handling employment issues in the context of regulatory investigations, whistleblowing and misuse of confidential information. He has also completed secondments to a national retailer, a leading challenger bank and a global investment bank.
