Partner. David-Isaac Tobía is an expert employment lawyer specializing in advising companies on labor matters, labor litigation and collective processes.

Between 1997 and 2001, he was head of labor relations at Grupo Prosegur (Catalonia and Balearic Islands). After his first period at Cuatrecasas (2001-2006), he was managing partner in the labor and employment department of Deloitte Legal (Catalonia) until 2019, when he became manager of the Barcelona office of a reputed labor law firm.

Career

He regularly speaks in seminars and sessions with clients and business entities and has published several articles in specialized journals.

Professional Memberships

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (1994). He has lectured on procedural labor law at Les Heures and Universitat Manresa.
