David has over 25 years of experience in Litigation, Arbitration, Expert Determination and Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation.
He has extensive experience in all areas of contentious real estate including rights of way, rights to light and restrictive covenants, especially in the context or redevelopment and regeneration schemes, and also advises on landlord and tenant matters including tenant compliance, insolvency, rent reviews, lease renewal and service charge disputes and dilapidations claims.
David also regularly acts in Energy, Wayleave and land rights disputes in the utilities sector including having niche expertise in Necessary Wayleaves and powers for licence holders under Schedule 4 of the Electricity Act 1989 and also for gas transmission and distribution licence holders under the Gas Act 1989.
