Our Real Estate Disputes team is one of the largest in Europe, with deep expertise across the full spectrum of property disputes. Led by experienced partners, the team includes numerous industry experts in development disputes, rent review and valuation, building safety, telecoms, insolvency, agriculture to name but a few, and has acted in over 20 reported decisions in the past three years. We advise on high-value, complex disputes across the UK, including landmark cases in Central London.
