Dária Szabó is Counsel in Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A practice in Budapest, with 15 years' experience in M&A, private equity and corporate matters.

Over the years, she has represented numerous Hungarian and international clients in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions from sectors including Finance, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Entertainment and Real Estate and Construction.

Dária has advised clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures, competitive auction bidding processes and company reorganisation and restructuring procedures, and has also been involved in numerous real estate transactions. Facing challenging transactions and working with business decision-makers from various sectors early on in her career allowed her to appreciate clients' focus on efficiency, flexibility and business mindedness.
