Vojtěch enjoys working with innovative, creative and technology-rich businesses. Having joined our firm in 2009, he heads up our Intellectual Property and Tech & Comms Groups in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Although he has quite a broad focus, he mainly specialises in all aspects of intellectual property and technology law, whether contentious, commercial or regulatory. My expertise covers, for example, litigation over copyright, trade marks, designs and patents, fighting against counterfeit products, negotiating licence agreements as well as a variety of IT contracts, managing cross-border projects and advising on brand portfolios. He also assists clients with numerous matters in the field of data protection, competition law and pharmaceutical, telecoms and broadcasting regulation.

Being a technology lawyer, he currently takes immense interest in topics like Generative AI, application of blockchain technology in business and the advancements in quantum computing.
