Career

As counsel in the Corporate/M&A team of the Budapest office, I have almost 16 years' experience in M&A, private equity and corporate matters.

Over the years, I have represented numerous Hungarian and international clients in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions from sectors including Finance, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Entertainment and Real Estate and Construction.

I have advised clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures, competitive auction bidding processes and company reorganisation and restructuring procedures, and have also been involved in numerous real estate transactions. Facing challenging transactions and working with business decision-makers from various sectors early on in my career allowed me to appreciate clients' focus on efficiency, flexibility and business mindedness.

Before joining the team at Bird & Bird, I worked at other major international law firms, where I focused on M&A and corporate law. In addition to my native Hungarian, I am fluent in English, French and Russian.
