- Electronic Arts Inc. on the employment aspects of its $1.2 billion acquisition of Codemasters Group Holdings plc and the impact of the offer on the Codemasters incentive and remuneration arrangements;

- Zuber and Mohsin Issa and private equity firm TDR Capital on the employment aspects of their £6.8 billion acquisition of a majority stake in Asda from Walmart;

- on employment due diligence, consultation and treatment of benefits, ensuring the smooth transition of employees on numerous cross-border acquisitions for clients, including in Adevinta’s acquisition of eBay’s Classifieds business; L’Occitane’s acquisition of Elemis Group; and Phoenix’s acquisitions of Standard Life Assurance and ReAssure;

- on employment matters and related issues (including executive retention and restriction) for private equity houses and their portfolio companies, including Hg, Silver Lake Partners, Castik Capital and Montagu;
