During his term on the bench, he has presided over numerous cases at the Seoul Central District Court, Suwon District Court, Uijeongbu District Court, Busan District Court, and Ulsan District Court. Drawing on this deep judicial background, Mr. Jung’s practice at Lee & Ko encompasses a wide range of complex litigation and advisory matters, including corporate-criminal cases, management control and hostile takeover disputes, banking, securities and finance-related litigation, construction and real estate disputes, administrative litigation, and family and inheritance cases.

He has also successfully defended clients in criminal proceedings concerning cryptocurrency price manipulation and sexual harassment allegations against senior executives of IT companies.

In addition, Mr. Jung has represented corporations in large-scale civil and shareholder litigation, including injunctions related to control disputes, shareholder class actions following embezzlement and accounting fraud, and consumer group actions. His recent representations also include victories in shareholder return-of-shares claims and preliminary injunctions to prohibit unlawful corporate actions in hostile M&A contexts.
