Conrad is a Partner in the corporate practice and head of our Urban Dynamics group - which focusses on the transformation taking place in our global cities and the impact this has on our clients and their businesses, including the Future of Living, the Future of Work, Urban Mobility and Smart Cities.

His work includes acting on private equity fundraisings, private acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and complex joint ventures and partnership arrangements. He has a particular focus on advising on transactions involving real estate and infrastructure assets and portfolios. He also has significant experience of work in the technology sector.

Before qualifying as a lawyer in 2002, Conrad spent five years working in business. He joined Osborne Clarke in 2004 from the London office of US law firm Jones Day and has been a Partner since 2011. He spent a number of years as International head of Osborne Clarke's Real Estate sector and is a regular speaker on matters involving corporate law, technology and real estate.
