William has specialised in acting for land promoters, housebuilders and landowners on large scale residential developments, urban extensions, regeneration schemes and residential led mixed use development across the UK for over 15 years.

A recognised expert in strategic land, his work includes promotion agreements, tax efficient collaboration agreements and equalisation agreements for strategic land and urban extensions alongside development agreements with public bodies for regeneration schemes and option agreements and overage arrangements for residential development sites.

William's clients include Welbeck Strategic Land, Ptarmigan Strategic Land, Landform Strategic Land, Taylor Wimpey plc, Barratt Developments plc and McLaren Living.
