Louise leads a team of more than 150 real estate lawyers across Osborne Clarke's UK offices. Her broad practice involves a significant focus on both investment and development. She has deep experience in asset, portfolio and corporate wrapper deals, as well as real estate finance across a number of asset classes, but with a particular emphasis on the logistics and retail sectors.

Louise takes a practical approach to deals to achieve swift commercial outcomes. Her clients value her ability to simultaneously “provide incisive, detailed advice on those matters she is directly responsible for, and to manage her transactional team and their workloads to ensure an excellent service throughout."
