This section covers both public and private company transactions. Typical work includes M&A, private equity, joint ventures and share acquisitions. It also includes dispositions, capitalisations, entity selection and formation, operating and partnership agreements, and securities and governance matters. Priority is placed on the representation of buyers and sellers.
