Christopher Maurer

Chris is a partner at Reed Smith, based in the firm’s Princeton office, and has extensive experience in representing major banks, insurance companies, and other institutional and private lenders in a wide array of lending and finance transactions, including syndicated (as agent's counsel) and single bank deals, all manners of corporate and real estate based transactions, acquisitions, construction financings, and the financing of both private and public companies.

Chris also has significant experience representing lenders in connection with loan workouts, restructures, deed in lieu transactions, and the acquisition, management, and disposition of REO properties.
